Humte is a web development business based in Norfolk, England and virtually all around the world. It's run by me, Alan Pritt.

I specialise in human-friendly design above all else. That means friendly for you, your business, and especially for your customers.

My aim is to help you achieve a goal. Whether that be to make more money, to enhance communication with your customers or even to evangelise a market. A website is a powerful tool to make these things happen.

For this reason, I believe in collaborating with you to find ways in which your day-to-day business can utilise the web. This means being useful when it can, but staying out the way when it can't.

This is why human-friendly design is so important. The aim is to break down the dichotomy between websites and the rest of your activities. A head chef, for example, could update his menu and print it just like he always has. But now, one more click will publish the new menu to the website. No extra work, but a lot of extra value for the customer.

Details like these are what make some companies remarkable. It's what gets people talking about them. And it's what makes them a joy to work for.
